Harvest season of our local 200 family owned farm is now in pumpkin season. Lot to make from and keep for winter. Soup, sauce, marmalade, chutney and more.
As winter comes we need to ensure of sufficient wood. But not from newly cut trees but from a local dump. A such we recycle wood waste for heating our house.

Food preservation season started. Our 200 family owned farm is producing massively this year. Respectively: weeks harvest, preservation in glas, making sauerkraut.
