Would love to see pics! Poodles crossed with anything seems to always work out well 🙂. Mika is nearly 12, and has some big health struggles now, but what a wonderful dog. If I could do the last nine years over again I would ❤️

I realise it’s a pricey option, but I’m having great success with the Osmo Nano for low-profile, hands-free filming. If I’m in a jam, it’s a godsend.

Oops, yes, this lithium-ion USB power bank is definitely gone. A fox got in the house *again* and bit thru the USB cable which I guess shorted the output. So much for short-circuit protection. Hey, at least it didn’t burst into flames.

I started to get quite good at this, just as I finished the seventh one. I’m definitely building the easy speaker cabinets before I start the complicated speaker cabinets.

It’s still raining. Decided the kitchen will have to be my workshop. Mika not happy, he’s decided he’d rather be in the rain. Need to build him a little house more urgently than I build me a big one.

He did have a birthday parade, with tanks and everything, and how many people showed up? He’s had two inaugurations, and after the sparse turnout to the first, he held the second indoors. He had a “100 Days” rally in a 4000-capacity venue, and it wasn’t close to full. Could it all be a giant con? 🤔

Glad to see Fincher’s “Panic Room” reappear on 4K Blu-ray in the UK. Steelbook only, (re)released 15th December. It’s Sony, so it seems to be going thru that same sells-out / wait months / rerelease / sells-out cycle that Lawrence Of Arabia STILL suffers with. Pre-order or risk disappointment. 🤷♂️

Found a cool way to glue up boxes/frames and get them 100% square and flat. You know, as long I I haven’t actually glued the box to my bench.

Aargh, I broke my golden rule and talked about Star Wars on social media. Ok, ok, the prequels were skilfully-told cinematic masterpieces and Disney’s sequel trilogy was a thrilling, surprising, and satisfying conclusion to the Skywalker saga.
