22,147 according to official figures but even still anything less than 40,000 for an American/ English match would be poor. Didn't Chelsea vs Newcastle sell this stadium out last summer? Do you know how many Chelsea fans have gone to watch the tournament?

FIFA have supposedly said that they have sold 1.5M tickets. There's 64 matches so that's less than 24,000 tickets sold per match. That's less than half filled stadiums. The Dortmund match yesterday was embarrassingly empty and no way was there 22,000 at the Chelsea match!
