I dont accept that any of those things are true, but, if they were, how do any of those impact on poverty, which is what the original post was about?

I dont believe that the poverty policy differentiates

I am a little unsure but if poverty is always defined as a percentage of mean income (or median, average, or whatever) then it is impossible to eradicate
As the mean increases the line for poverty goes up.
It does not necessarily indicate that poor families cant afford things

No, they suspended people for voting against the government

thank you for that, but it does actually say that just having PR would not necessarily increase voter participation without other measures

I havent done the research but my gut feeling is that fewer people vote in the elections that use PR and it would no different in a GE
rather than encouraging people it would work the other way
Quite a few of the ones that dont us FPTP end up with unstable coalitions

First you have to figure out which one of 9 different systems you want, then put that to a referendum, then. If you are lucky, implement it

The reality is that he will look for a safe seat, if the greens have one, so he can be in the commons
