I truly don’t get the appeal of podcasts having to be video now. Podcasts are at their very best when you’re doing something else, working out or playing videogames etc, and no good podcaster has ever been someone who should be shown on screen that’s just not how that works. It’s a goblin job.

I actually think it's kind of funny @microsoft.com raised the price on Game Pass, since the XBox is the only one of their products that commands any loyalty. They've successfully alienated people from the one product people actually like.

While this day mostly did its best to hurt me, two different patients made a point to say they were grateful for how thorough I was, and a hospitalist I never met told me, “I read your progress notes, and you’re some kind of saint,” so it’s kind of a wash.
