This is such a great album. For a brief period in the late 90s, Henry Rollins's labels 2.13.61 and Infinite Zero were putting out & reissuing some really great CDs. I remember getting this and Mississippi Fred McDowell's Live at the Mayfair Hotel at the same time.

Yes! The 1979 Who shows have been criminally under appreciated. The horn section was a welcome addition. My only complaint is that they didn't use any material from New York City, if those tapes exist. Those shows were more adventurous and they even covered the Sex Pistols' "Pretty Vacant."
