Just listened to a great interview with Mark Duplass on The Town podcast with Matthew Belloni. Duplass talks about the adventures of producing independent tv and backing himself and projects. He admits financial comfort from The Morning Show helps but he’s inspiring none the less. Link in comments.

I recently joined the Blacklist and was lucky enough to be passing through LA when they were holding a screening with Q&A from RaMell Ross. The unique experience of watching Nickel Boy’s is greatly enhanced with context from the artist who crafted it. I am still digesting, but the Guardian has it!

This review doesn’t surprise me. I was late to Longlegs and by that time, the hype gave me expectations the film didn’t meet. That tricky second album can show artistic progress or confused ideas. Perhaps/ I hope The Monkey can beat my revised expectations. variety.com/2025/film/re...

I fell in love with this film when I saw it in the cinema without any idea about what was coming. Since then the rollercoaster promotion has been wild!
Still think Zoe should win for Supporting.
