First beer of the evening went down very well as cooking dinner. Lovely and malty. Just wish I had a @tomstapandbrew.bsky.social Red Ale to compare with (spoiler- both are very good).

That does look very tasty. I did have some healthy vegetarian food (pic below - crispy aubergine) - I had pork belly with it to balance it off 😀
