Lol this is what you call a lion mane cut. It is a way for cats that are long haired but tend to mat up to get some relief in the summer months. The mats can become painful if they get too tight.

I'm a firm believer that any luggage that goes out of the house should have a smart tag in it! Hopefully they will find it!
