Also, the whole Ace Attorney series is fun.

The DS version is my favorite! It does a lot of wild stuff for an RPG. If you can get DSiware, the Art Style series is a lot of fun. Small score-attack games. Electroplankton has some silly creatures in it. There are also some mods for NSMB and SM64DS. Kid Icarus Uprising if you haven't played it.

The World Ends with You. Trauma Center is a good touchscreen game. Elite Beat Agents is Osu! with a stylus. Jam with the Band is Nintendo Rock Band with a track editor. (I can send a save editor and charts.) On 3DS, EX Troopers, 3D Fantasy Zone 2W, and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. Picross 3D, and Round 2.
