On the 15th of November, we've celebrated Europe's equal pay day. That was hardly noted in Italy, probably because UNadjusted Italian Gender Wage Gap seems low (5,5% against the EU average of 14,4%).
Please mind: Italy's adjusted wage gap is at 11%, close to the EU adjusted average.
