Around 1700 Americans die from heart disease each day and another 1600 from cancer. Trump defunded most cancer research and took healthcare coverage away from millions. They don't get to pretend it's about saving lives.

Why would the people who are getting rich and drunk on power with Trump's policies vote to remove him? They'll keep milking it as long as they can. Impeachment and removal is more probable to be successful because we don't need Vance's vote unless it's a tie.

"We're saving hundreds of thousands of lives". Even if the boats were carrying fentanyl, which they most likely weren't, he's grossly exaggerating how many lives he claims to have saved.
