Brisket is a tough meat to eat if cooked wrong. Tin foil for first couple briskets for the wrap. Best consistency for first timers. Temp and feel is most important. Everyone that’s ever bbqed has been in your shoes. Low and slow baby.

Fair point. But he just didn’t have to play against much elite pass rushers. The two that he did embarrassed him in Garrett and Anderson jr. I think he’s a solid player but could be better bumped inside. He got ole’d multiple times tonight. I just want to make sure they keep Maye healthy

This is such a joke. Insinuating BFlo was a failed first time head coach is insulting. It was him vs the qb and the team chose the crappy qb, and railroaded him. He is probably THE most deserving non head coach that should get a shot.
