America’s track record of keeping to agreements is dismal. The Budapest memorandum, the agreement with Iran, the treatment of Kurdish allies, heck, the treatment of the Europa allies.
The only country with a worse track record is Russia. Trustworthiness is zero.

Even if/when Russia loses, it will likely still exist and will have a serious case to present in the European courts. De Wever is correct to ask all European nations to carry that risk. If they are not willing, does that not prove his point?

Zelenskyy and his team will do what they did last time. Get to work on Trump, who notoriously listens most to whoever spoke to him last. And so they will get in his ear daily. Eventually, with a bit of luck, they will turn this too around.
