I love Blender3D XD XD XD

The rig is basically the same as the typical wrap to dick torus rig, but instead of a singular bone, it's 3 bones in an IK chain (made by Mustard Tools addon by @mustard3d.bsky.social). The Shrinkwrap modifier is on the controller bone and it follows another controller for the bones to pull back.

Some weird shit goin on with the lighting and motion blur but that's why it's WIP I suppose.
