The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence said while it “is grateful for a loan...a 4.5% interest rate would significantly hurt programs.”

They said the loan would result in around $260,000 in interest that it would be required to pay.

A federal court today issued a preliminary order blocking the Trump-Vance administration from enforcing many of the new unlawful restrictions on grants from the Office on Violence Against Women.
