My typescript native relational database can finally store table rows that are larger than 4kb. Can’t believe how many things I’ve taken for granted all these years.

I’m writing a relational database from scratch in typescript with Deno. So far I’ve implemented B+trees, buffer pool, heap allocator, table schemas, binary storage format, and a little bit of sql parsing. Foreign key constraints and query planner are next, then maybe concurrency?

Just implemented passkey authentication for a website and I gotta say, I really like passkeys now.
