Railway has been very easy to use. Rails with Typescript via Bun and Postgres. DNS was the most complicated part because of peculiarities of Route53. Once I got it pointed to Cloudflare, it went smoothly. www.tulsaurbanist.com not much to look at, but it's up. Tulsa has a great city flag.

Getting an AI to not add comments with code is a lost cause. I have tried so many different ways to get it to stop, it will not. It's a bit pathological. It would be fine if it were here and there but it is literally every method sometimes every line.

Got the Tulsa Urbanist app deployed. Just waiting on Cloudflare to verify my NS change. Was pretty painless with Railway. I miss the simplicity of just docker files. Enterprise software is too complicated.

Second day of blocking telemetry and ads on my smart tv, and I am just amazed how often it tries to send capture info about me. I assume these are heartbeats on session starts, but it's continuous. I expect this on a website, where you're visiting, but this is a device that I paid for.

Tried Fallout the TV show and I was bored immediately. I just can't stand the pace of TV shows. Also nuclear detonation was all wrong. Also wrong in the game, but I love the game, so gets a pass.

Fixed our doorbell yesterday. Today gonna take apart the Xbox for a good cleaning seeing if I can get it to stop crashing on graphics intensive games.

What I learn about motorcycle deaths is that speeding is an issue, but most dangerous are cars. Cars are deadly to anyone not in a car. The car is the problem.
