I’m not alone — I’m here with my four younger brothers, ages 12, 13, and 16. I am their only caretaker. We have almost nothing. We go to sleep hungry most nights. My health is getting worse — I suffer from constant headaches, painful ulcers that won’t heal, and weakness from hunger.
