Wharton would cost more than 75m and laugh at the idea of Spurs being his best option though.

It's a shame we're so much worse at home.

To be clear, I don't personally believe any of that but for people that do it feels pretty benign compared to many other relgious interpretations currently thrown around.

I'm not actually religious but isn't the point that baptism washes away sins, and that we have all sinned and are all worthy of God's forgiveness if we ask for it? Not sure how Bear Grylls is qualified to do that but if he were he shouldn't be selective about it.

I made the same mistake this morning

This isn't actually her though sadly. It's just a set up for the joke to be made.

It would have been a concerning deterioration from Biden though. With Trump this is exactly what people voted for.

Thanks. Actually far more sinister than I was expecting. I assumed it would just be some kind of annoying troll.

I've been on Bluesky since Musk took the other place, and once a month or so there's a cryptic reference to this phoenix account that everyone needs to block. It's anyone able to give me a bullet point history of why?

More than half of these were under the previous manager though.

So if you think about it, he's over performing really

And the fifth is Solanke
January 17, 2026 at 3:09 PM
But as a result he wasn't under pressure at this point in his career. I thought you meant once there was a question mark over their position.
January 11, 2026 at 8:51 PM
Time in the position so far?

I think there's a large portion of the fanbase who were never going to like the next manager because they felt Ange should have been given more time. And another large part now who feel even when Ange was failing, at least we knew his plan.

Tbf, everyone loves a post match brawl, no?
January 10, 2026 at 8:14 PM
They are, and our defence is pretty decent as a result. Bergvall and Gray are literal teenagers still. Hopefully in a couple more years Tel, Simons, Odobert will be a formidable attacking band but currently it isn't.

Of the players you listed 5 are aged 22 and under. Spence was a Spurs player already, and Solanke has played 31 minutes this season. We've lost Son, who was still world class at the time, but also Kulusevski and Maddison until now, who were key parts of that team.
January 6, 2026 at 8:01 PM
There's a managerial situation?
January 5, 2026 at 1:34 PM
Just had a NYE party where my teenage niece brought a few friends. One of them very sweetly tried to compliment us as they left - "Can I just say your interior decor is incredible? It's like I'm in an IKEA showroom."

Johnson gets a lot of stolick but he was really an unpolished Diomonde all along.

What did you teach?
