Have you tried #Cossetta's? They won first place for both traditional and chocolate at the #Panettone World Cup's North American competition 2025? I had theirs years ago and it was great then. Now great+ and headed to the International Panettone World Cup in Milan, Italy, in November 2026!

I'm finding that brands I used to find multiple places are now sold in one place, and never the same place as any of the others. One will be at Cub, one at Target, one at Walmart, one at Costco, one at Kowalski's one at Byerlys, etc. I spend most of my time driving from shop to shop to get it all.

If you have a freezer of any type, you can pop fresh ginger root in a bag and freeze it as is. Then just remove and grate the amount you need while frozen. No need to peel or defrost it and the taste and smell are incomparable.

Preferably scented too!
