Blobs are now loaded directly from the PDS, no more bsky CDN
They are not automatically loaded in the jetstream view, or while previewing records on the collection page, only in the record view, to keep load on PDSes reasonable

little change: PLC logs are now their own tab, and there is a submenu to export the repository and see jetstream events for the repo so they're easier to find

for a did:plc, you need a PLC operation to modify your did document
for a did:web, you can edit it directly
it's not a record

you usually only have one handle, but on atproto, your identity can be tied to as many aliases as you want, they don't even have to be atproto identities, this feature just checks the at:// handles will resolve to the DID
