When will Europe and Ukraine stop pretending that what the U.S.' Witkoff and Kushner are doing has any potential benefit for Ukraine and Europe?

They are either working with Rsusia to string things along, or they are dupes for Russia, distracted by promises of financial deals and paydays.

This American thinks its awful, and awfully short-sighted.

Neither China or Russia has the kind of alliance with another economic superpower like the US has (had?) with Europe.

To undercut that alliance for some short term corrupt grift w/ a weakened Russia isn't in the USA's best interests.

Trump has such a short attention span and so few firm beliefs, that if Europe to take the initiative and create a strong and successful strategy for defending itself and UKR, Trump would want to join in order to share in the praise.

He sniffs after success like a raccoon in the trash bins.

Joe, who owns your local paper?

I never gave much thought to how important the grand jury system is to our freedom.

Trump is using gov't resources conduct lawfare on his enemies. Even if no conviction, he can get them to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars defending themselves.

Grand juries aren't letting him get past "Go."

Can the "K-shaped economy" be so bifurcated that a large majority of Americans are deeply worried about their prospects but the top 10% have so many gains from the capital markets that they are spending freely and keeping the economy afloat?

Hey, probably no better place to nap than the Institute of Peace.

Don't worry Elise, there's still room on the Tradwife gravy train.

Put on an ankle-length gingham dress and modestly ask House Leader Johnson if there's room in the budget for some sourdough starter, then you'll get his attention.

This image is like a "Pick your fighter" in a Mortal Kombat: the Animal World"

Coked-out weasel v.. extremely overfed capybara

The folks in DHS probably think RoboCop is a "back the blue" documentary.

She's like a rat whose every exit from the box of being a U.S. Representative has been blocked, no USTR, no UN Rep., her NY Governor run close to hopeless.

She's now gnawing the walls of the box itself, as the realization that her political career is over looms ever larger in her mind.

I spare no sympathy for the toadies in that room, but it seemed to me that not many were grinning but rather looking down or at the curtains as Trump went on and on about Somalia and Somalis.

I sensed regret from many. No courage, but still regret.

I think most of the folks there are Congresspersons, but I for one have no interest in buying goods from companies whose CEOs sit there silently and implicitly endorse the racist trash that come out Trump's mouth.

At least if I go to gamble at Vegas, I get to see the neon lights and maybe go to a show, get a good steak.

Dude's hosting a glorified gambling site and he's acting like he's invented the steam engine.

I'm certainly not going to gamble on Kalshi and put $$ in the pocket of Mumbly Crumpledclothes.

Someone please take the time to ID every single one of these execs, by their silence just affirming the hateful bigotry spouted by the president , so I can learn what companies they represent and avoid doing business with them in the future.

I'll try and research this myself.

So many youngs using these products and services.

To call it an asset is a joke.

Its no more an asset than your blackjack bet in Vegas is an asset.

Its gambling. It pays no interest or dividend, and its not an ownership interest in a (hopefully) growing business venture.

It has to be periodic IV's, the question is why and what.

He may have also had a mild stroke, it seems both his right leg (he limps and drags it sometimes) and the right side of his mouth go limp.

Caution: I am no doctor, there are many more folks on here with actual expertise, just speculating.

Is that really what his voters want, just bald-faced lies that contradict daily evidence otherwise?

I know folks are in their social media bubbles, but are his voters really OK with outrageous North Korea-style fantasies?

The K. Burns documentary on the Revolutionary War highlighted that the Constitution was only ratified due to a series of very substantive compromises b/w small states and large states, between southern states and northern states, etc..

The signers expected and hoped for amendments as needed.

Dude might crack.

His low poll numbers, sputtering economy and string of legal losses have him up all night posting on social media, trying to protect his narcissistically fragile ego.

If he suffered a psychic break due to ego destruction and lack of sleep, would we even know?
