The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has changed policy: machine-applied postmarks reflect the date mail is first processed at a regional facility, not the date it was dropped off!!
To ensure a specific date, you must get a manual postmark or Postage Validation Imprint (PVI) at a post office counter.

When we cancelled Disney + subsidiary properties since they kneeled to Trump - here is what I wrote:
"We will be back in a New York Second once you stop bending the knee to Trump's fascist fantasy....we can make you irrelevant to the entertainment/media world....
