those gorgeous creatures absolutely do that as did the birds the last few days when it was so windy and cold. They just hunkered down and just started reappearing as the winds settled a bit! A gentleman cardinal shared some seeds with an always shy mourning dove. So sweet!

Thx for this! Your words resonate and I too believe we will be OK-eventually.I live in a conservative neighborhood, but we all pretty much know who each other is (blue donkey on my rear window too obvious?)everybody reached out back-and-forth this w/e to make sure all were OK. I had to have a tear💙

Ooof! yes, you guys got shellacked up there! Talked to Jersey buds & boy they got hit too! All ice down here. Just watched all three dogs slip slide through the backyard. Pretty sure if I didn’t have a fence they’d’ve all ended up sliding into the lake. Hopefully a thaw later today. Be safe, girl!

Indeed! Being kind, providing even a small kindness is absolutely intentional on my part… even if I’m preoccupied or crazy busy I do try. It may provide a tiny little lightness to someone’s day and I know it has made me a better person and Lord knows I could use any improvement…🩷
