The President can stop this. That he hasn’t means he supports it. We need constitutional scholars to work out how to get rid of him.

Surely lowering barriers to entry, increasing the market participants and increasing competition is the way market forces drive prices down?

I have to say Trump is doing a good job, and no one is stopping him, ever-so-gradually moving the Overton window on all things Russian. By the end of his presidency, I get the feeling most Americans will be saying how nice these Russian people are, and why didnt we get along for such a long time.
