I am angry. I am 63. I live on my late husband’s SS and because of that, I am only allowed to earn a certain amount of money a month. For the first time EVER, I get a letter from the IRS saying they are “reviewing my taxes”. They said it could take up to 6 MONTHS to receive my refund of $5K.
