GMOs are not without risks. some are associated with biodiversity loss, etc. most researchers feel more observations are necessary for full safety determination. randomness plays a subtle but crucial role in evolution; seems cavalier to presume our choices should override that. but, benefits; sure.

hunh. i have a small jar of soy beans i've kept since before genetically modified products were approved. somehow i feel these might be even more valuable than either pre-nuke or pre-AI.
