Opposite problem over here in Golden Valley. Trying to get to St. Paul by bike feels overwhelming right now. I still haven't tried to cross the river by bike since road construction season.

It is! I don't know the schedule but in my explorations I can't think it's used more than once or twice a day. I live very close to it and don't hear trains very frequently.
