Survivor 49 Episode 2 Contenders Chart, predictions ranked from most to least likely to win: Savannah, Nate, Alex, Jake, Sophi, Rizo, Jawan, Shannon, Jeremiah, Steven, Sage, MC, Matt, Kristina, Jason, Sophie

Giving shannon P was pulling teeth here but this episode was so devoid of tone and emotion and soul in every direction like... I have to lie... I really don't think Savannah earned it though. Her content was one throwaway content from Shannon before her small scene before Nate's much larger scene, and after that it was just Jawan -> Alliance -> Reporter -> Jawan. I'm kind of weighing /amount/ of content here in comparison to the P given. Shannon got little, but it was her only real scene. Savannah got at best as much as Shannon, but it had relatively zero relevance compared to her episode's content, if this tracks. Usually I wouldn't be this weirdly weighty about it but when there was so little there I'm basically just breaking tone/less ties with it.

MC was cp-lite as hell and I could change it, and I honestly maybe will if it makes her finalized strip nicer, but for now... grasping for anything worth anything here. jake was almost ottp? sophi was almost cpn? jeremiah was honestly almost ott? https://i.imgur.com/o3dBHLX.png but nobody in this cast is ever capable of /going there/, so, bland as fuck ratings for all of them. DIE! https://i.imgur.com/QOhXMye.gif (because I'm so serious Alex and Sophi are cp-lite-lite theyre GRASPING. 2 me.) Jawan was closest of all to ottm probably, but other than "im just getting sticks https://files.jcink.net/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif" & "It's not my bag... https://files.jcink.net/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif " it was all decently grounded.

Top 5 is pictured + Nate, and they're really The Five I'm considering. Rizo and Jawan are orbiting, everyone else is negligible imo rn.

Savannah is probably my #1 here? Repeated reporter bit, high vis mouthpiece for a tribal-less tribe without being suffocating or ottx5, in the alliance, the alliance has depth now, and has a storyline? with jawan (an upcoming one vs sage if ntos is believable (it never is))

Nate #2 because there's nothing wrong with him. He's very solidly cp-lite-lite 2.5 and has no real flaws

Alex Jake Sophi all have issues, but are all on blue (positive if they life, but 'gic tells me not all of them likely do? Alex got to re-mention capitol hill, got to narrate Annie in the least bashing way, and has an idol. Jake is superman and a shoe bandit HAHAHA DO JEREMIAH NEXT!! https://i.imgur.com/FLiEPMO.gif and Sophi... I really liked her opening confessional, but she kind of floundered a bit, and once again failed to thwart The Bros (particularly Alex). Jake's subtitled "I Got You" at tribal seems promising though honestly? Idk. It's weird. Don't make me pay more attention to them.

That top 5 above is SOLIDLY my top 5. Rizo in 6th because of a strong (re: attention-grabbing (re: camerahogging)) premiere followed by an actually pretty good cooldown episode of getting to just mention where he is strategically right now. Jawan 7th because if a Character wins this season it's him alol.

Shannon finally got to mention the accurate uli positioning, and her being Worldly could in some world be her new era thing. Jeremiah .... fell off pretty hard. He dies next if blue loses again, MOR overall. Steven... pretty good for an utr1, but the premiere was still pretty 50/50 trainwrecky, and yellow just Does Not Matter alol. Sage is Peegic. MC thwacked Matt a little here but Matt has a fire scene. Bottom 3 dont exist but their utr1.5 premieres were Kristina > Jason > Sophie so http://www.wdwinfo.com/images/smilies/confused24.gif
