Excellent news from the communities the #PeaksandDalesLine will serve as today we have just established our 7th Community Team.

These teams directly and positively support our proposals by sharing key facts and messages as well as bringing ideas, and questions to us.

A busy start to 2025 for the team leading the reinstatement of the #PeaksAndDalesLine

- Two confirmed interns - thanks to University of Nottingham.

- Correspondence confirming support of the reinstatement and our feasibility study being sent to the Rail Minister by multiple supportive MPs

We wanted to thank all of our team, our members, supporters and stakeholders that have given their time to enable us to achieve so much in 2024

As we start 2025, we continue to finalise the feasibility study ready for submission to and assessment by the Department for Transport

We've had a series of stakeholder meetings with confirmed support from 6 MPs - more to follow

Also a positive update meeting with the Peak District National Park CEO

Our proposals will provide - #Sustainable
#IntegratedTransport - by reinstating one of the most scenic railways in the UK

We are thrilled to be receiving written support from MPs & stakeholders, as we share our feasibility study progress.
