It's the "Great Stay" era.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics says quit rates have dropped below 2%. It's not a good sign.

A new Glassdoor study says 65% of us feel stuck in our current roles.

We don't have to feel stuck permanently.

How are you maintaining your agency in today's market?

Here are the early warning signs (red flags) for professional inertia:

🚩 You've lost our voice
🚩 You've stopped growing
🚩 You've gone quiet:

These aren't just productivity issues or motivation slumps. They're signs that something fundamental needs to shift.

Wellbeing has hit a historic low. According to Gallup's latest research, only 50% of U.S. employees are thriving – the lowest since measuring began in 2009.

Consider this an invitation to break free from professional inertia.

What steps will you take to ensure you're on the thriving side 2025?

As we wrap up 2024, here's a different kind of year-end reflection:

Instead of listing achievements, identify where you felt stuck. Not to dwell, but to recognize patterns.

Being stuck isn't a failure, it's feedback.

DM to talk about how coaching can help you move from stuck to unstuck.

What is it about “plateaus” that makes people uncomfortable? For many of us, why is "plateau" synonymous with "stuck"?

A plateau is temporary. We are still learning, just at a slower pace.

On a plateau, we still feel energized by possibilities. When stuck, we feel drained.

DM to get unstuck.

The hard truth about surviving or trying to thrive in today’s workplace is that we often find ourselves stuck or coasting, and we’re not happy about it.

At the end of the day, we won't be rescheduled by others. It's on us.
