I think it's fair to say that poets would like their work to be read. So it's reasonable to ask: Where / how should one publish in order to be read? What form of publication is most likely to get a poem read? Granted, we try to put our eggs in multiple baskets. But where do we find the most readers?

I have been seen by a nurse. results possibly around 3:30am. I left home at 7pm.

I got probably 1 1/2 hours sleep. No one new has come. A little Hotel California.

Hôpital Memorial de Wakefield has a capacity of 4 functional stretchers and is in need of 4 stretchers which means its at 100% capacity. O patients have been on stretchers for 24 hours or more and O patients have been on stretchers for 48 hours or more.

Sleeping rough on two chairs face to face. like a few people are.

the lab closed at midnight so they took blood and have to send my blood to a hospital an hour away

Chills and feel lousy but at least the vomiting portion of the evening is over. I think. 6 cups of water and 3 hours in emerg and I’ve been triaged. I expect 2 weeks of antibiotics.
