Not specifically in the areas pictured, no. This is all protected wildlife habitat, so there are lots of signs reminding visitors not to leave the trails.

Still very early in FMW but the library is quickly becoming one of my favorite parts of the whole experience. Both because it's invaluable to a Touhou neophyte like myself but also because all of the little developers' asides are just delightful.
