I am a big fan of PLCs. Giving staff the choice of areas they would like to learn about provides personalised CPD, builds motivation, allowing staff to develop knowledge they feel excited about. Do you use PLCs in your school? How? I would love to discuss our process and would be happy to share.

When a colleague and I worked together we often spent time discussing how we can support our students better. We noticed was that the traditional IGCSE revision guides for our were not working for our lower ability learners. They could not access the content, too much information, too wordy…

PLC 2 of the year - after some discussion around different leadership styles, we delved into leadership qualities. It was interesting to consider what we think makes a good leader, and then to reflect on which of these qualities we have and would like to work on moving forward. #leadership

Great podcast. Worth a listen if you are looking to enhance your edtech. Subtitles on PowerPoint are great for EAL learners. I love the idea of screen casting whilst modelling and sharing with students, will be trying that one!
