New @ghsahq.bsky.social report shows that pedestrian fatalities dropped 2.6% in the first half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023. While declining, they remain 48% higher than in early 2014. Fatalities increased in 23 states and D.C., decreased in 22 states, and stayed the same in 5 states.
