Not to get 10 threads deep about this topic, but to sum up most of my POV with AI when it comes to image/video/audio/etc. is that it should be treated as a tool, but not the solution. It's like the microwave analogy...use it for those quick meals, but it shouldn't be used for every meal you want.

I've found it really valuable for concepting and moodboarding. Being able to prompt close to what I'm envisioning in my head has been great vs. comping and frankensteining things in photoshop together from all over the place. I also use generative fill for photo retouching + upscaling tools.
