Reminds me of the time I went to an endocrinologist for excessive daytime sleepiness (fast forward 10 years it's Narcolepsy) and he didn't do a single test - just told me I WOULD get diabetes and that was that. that was it. I've never had an elevated test that would suggest that in my life.
