I see, I can relate to that and have experienced this. Especially in the beginning, but since I dug deeper into prompting, this rarely happens now. Could also be that some use cases produce better results. For me personally I experience so much great results that, my trust level is really high.

Not really sure, if I can relate to your experience. I experience wrong answers, or unsatisfying ones, which I fix with giving better context.
Most of my cases are consulting on a topic or doing a task. There is usually not much i count as lying.
