It is really vulnerable having to do this again only a year later, I can’t believe the systems in place that are supposed to help us would leave people waiting for so, excruciatingly long. but yeah,

Besides needing to save up as much money as we can for whatever our housing prices are, I thought I’d also provide a list of the said necessities.
