Whilst dropped kerbs are appreciated it’s unacceptable to block the pavement like this. Pedestrians, kids, wheelchair and other vulnerable users are having to walk in the very busy road to reach the park.

Great to see new dropped kerbs on Albert Rd as well as the new zebra crossing.

But it's a shame some drivers don't consider the safety of school children when it comes to parking their cars. Some enforcement here would certainly be appreciated

The new zebra crossing on Albert Rd. is nearly finished and already drivers are parking on the zig-zags. This is in addition to parking on the pavements and yellow lines.

Parents & children choosing to walk to school are being put at risk by this behaviour.

Great to see a new zebra crossing being installed outside Albert Primary. Hopefully a first step towards a #SchoolStreet to allow easy access directly to Belle Vue park

There is really no need for through-traffic on this road, as the closure demonstrates

Is 8.45am really the best time to be collecting a skip outside a primary school?
This is an example of why School Streets are required across the vale; signs do not work, even if they're in the shape of children.
Peidiwch a pharcio yma indeed.
