Dua hari raya, naik 3kg 😩. Tapi sekarang dah berat sama macam masa puasa. Hasil dari hari2 kena paksa bersukan

Alhamdulillah. Berjaya turun 5kg++. Ingatkan boleh turun 6kg, sebab lepas 2 minggu puasa dah turun 4kg. Tapi itulah stagnant je.

Semoga raya ni tak naik banyaklah. Kurang dari 2kg jela naik insyaAllah
