Pseudo dysphagia is a fear of choking. Associated with taking medication. The more someone worries the worse it gets. Relaxation and addressing the subconscious response is the way to help it. #pseudodysphagia #phagophobia

Genealogy is swings and roundabouts. You can't pick your family. In all the years I have been researching, I found my ,3x 3x removed cousin was the most decorated British lifeboat man and my 3x great uncle by marriage was the last British man arrested for Slavery charges in the 1840s/50s.
