I know how you feel. I’m not 100% sure I had a seizure early hours this morning but being careful incase. I want my usual nap but darent fall asleep as it could trigger seizures and I’m on my own. The wonderful world of Epilepsy. I hope you feel better. Take care

Sorry to jump on this I also experience the same but not every time I have a seizure it varies. It’s odd isn’t it. Does anyone get an upset stomach as well? I’m curious what causes it and why it doesn’t happen every time.
