procreate/using an ipad to draw is very convenient and fun, but I don't think it's great as a longterm illustration situation... I really miss my old drawing tablet and using clip studio. I feel like I was able to knock out things like comics way more comfortably

for this portrait, I tried using small sponge applicators (the kind that you can use on eyeshadow) and q-tips to help mix some of the oil pastel. I think it gave some pretty good results!
