An extremely curious incident occurred with the commander of the Akhmat special forces unit, Apti Alaudinov. He was spotted alongside none other than Alexey Milchakov from the Rusich unit, known for his far-right views and war crimes.

Milchakov decided to defend his position to the bitter end, even publishing a justification in Telegram consisting of ten points. He primarily explained contact as a need for "additional opportunities to develop the unit."
