That's fair. It feels like you're losing the race when your training data is that old and you don't supplement it in some way. Definitely feels like an oversight.

The problem with this, though, is that it has access to Google so it can certainly look up the release date and correct itself.

Maybe a Bluetooth controller to supplement? It's a bulkier solution but it should work.
