Squirrel Hill also has that two-story building down by the Indian buffet---next to the smoke shop, of course---that has been vacant for literally 15 years at this point. Used to be a grocery store. Could be anything, but chooses to be vacant.

I think we've seen with all the "coming soon" KBBQs and hot pot places that never came, people jumped into the trend without fully understanding the costs, or fully anticipating Trump's devastating economy. Eat n' Park is a solid staple that people can get behind. (I was only half facetious.)
