Local gynae wards have been integrated into general surgical wards and undoubtedly this will have had an impact on waiting times and outcomes. Nurses have less opportunity to specialise and develop their skills and knowledge and patients suffer as a result. We need to do better #NHS #gynaehealth

All practices can and do run differently which is why some really need NHS support and others don't.

Gp partners don't help themselves when they pay themselves @200K a year and their associate staff nhs level pay without NHS benefits (lower mat pay, AL etc). They need to decide which side of the fence they are on. #NHS #GPpay
