Whipped jarred pistachio cream into heavy cream— looked away at the wrong time—and the pistachio whipped cream turned into pistachio clotted cream. No one was mad at it. 🤓

Next day, blended the pumpkin with evaporated milk, cream, eggs—popped that in the oven to make a proper custard.
Didn’t put in the shells—they were pre baked and I didn’t want to burn them.
Once custard cooled, use a small ice cream scoop to put a ball of pumpkin custard in the shell. 2/3

Ok, so I roasted the pumpkin with maple syrup, butter, fresh ginger, whole cloves, whole anise seeds, cinnamon, all spice.
While cooling I melted dark choco chips with Nestles Mexican coco and heavy cream. Dropped a dollop of that into premade tart shells. 1/2

I would like to offer that early Looney Tunes were based on slapstick and vaudeville.

I watched the most current batch of Looney Tunes, and it was a sitcom.

I don’t know many kids who want to watch office politics over seeing Wiley E Coyote running off a cliff. Looney Tunes had a broad appeal
